What are you doing these days?
At the moment I’m working on several tours for 2010. I have the second South American Tour with Tim Ripper Owens, Dying Fetus, Nightmare, may be some shows with Rotting Christ and evaluating the possibility of a tour in Spain with two bands from this country and probably something in Portugal. I'm also auditioning some bands for shows in Central America with a Japanese band and always considering the possibility to work with other bands or artists all over the world; fortunately many bands choose my agency to work and that is very gratifying to me!.
A normal day in life of Daniel Flores?
Well… my typical day starts around 10am, I have breakfast and I immediately put to work in my agency; daily in the afternoon I work at a gym for about 4 hours then go back to work at WMG; this is my every day routine 24/7 unless I’m on tour. Of course, I always try my work does not alienate me and go out to have a few beers or meet with friends or a beautiful women! lol! Jesus Fucking Christ I'm human! Haaahahahah! While on tour I'm the first person to get up very early in the morning and last to bed. Many times I’d stay up 3 days without sleep just because as a tour manager I have to stay there to solve any urgent matter; on tour when the musicians are going to party or sleep I work; when I meet with musicians who don’t party and everything is in order then I am the one going to party! Hahahahahaaha!
Time of your life?
Without a doubt it was the birth of my son Nino and he is 7 already! He is my absolute universe! other highlights on life are on my childhood when I went on holidays with my grandparents, when I saw for first time Iron Maiden in 1992 that was awesome dude! my favorite band ever!!!
Life into Metal have always given me great moments and know days are great moments for me because I get to go on tour with great artists that I’ve admired for many years, that's really cool!!
Biggest fuck up?
I think there are three things that marked me very deeply in life: first when my ex-wife lost her pregnancy with triplets when she was 6 months of gestation that really devastated me completely. My grandfather’s death and the rejection of my ex-wife when she refused to be more with me and decided to leave me. That was three years ago and really was really hard for me but it was the best thing that could happen to both. Now I feel better and stronger than ever mentally and physically and I’m about to turn 37! (april 23).
Favorite food?
I love meat, especially beef, lamb, pork and goat. I like also pasta and seafood. When I go on tour I like to eat typical foods of each place. Something that I like is spicy stuff!
Drink?
My favorite drink is beer, I also like to drink some good red wine: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot for example. I also like a little Whisky and Vodka.
On the stereo?
My life with music all the time I'm awake so it's hard to say because every day I listen to hear different bands. Some of the bands I listen lately are: KOENJIHYAKKEI, BACIO DI TOSCA, BORKNAGAR, CARNIFEX, CITRINITI, DEAD BY APRIL, DESPISED ICON, DISCUS, MODEL 43, NECROPHAGIST, PANZERBALLET, PLANET X, SUICIDE SILENCE, THE TIGER LILLIES, etc...

I like Skin Art when the designs are good. I hate when people get tattoos with meaningless things in bad taste or fashion.
Sex?
I love SEX!!!, definitely!. I'm heterosexual and I like women. Sex is wonderful, I enjoy it openly.
Drugs?
I think every adult person can make some determinations of what makes his life. Personally I don’t like chemical drugs and I hate that mess cannabis as a penalized drug!. I think the two most dangerous legal drugs that kill many people in the world are: cigarettes and alcohol. But we all know that this is worth billions of dollars daily and all politicians and the most powerful people are into this world business. So dedicated to using cannabis as a scapegoat! Cannabis rule!
Rock`n Roll?
I respect only to the big bands of Rock And Roll for his career and the influence in today's world of music. My respect to R´N´R bands like: Rolling Stones, The Beatles, AC/DC.
Groupies?
Groupies are always needed! I know no place in the world where there are no groupies.

Your Job/position title?
Worldking Management Group and Booking Agent; Owner.
What exactely is it that you do?
Management & Booking Agency. Describing what I do is very complicated because I do lot of things at the same time.
Describe a normal day at work:
Check my mails, answering my mails, check my myspace and answer everything. Then start working with the tours that I have in my charge. This takes many hours of my daily life! When I'm on tour check all that is required and my musicians are confident that everything is in order. The success of every show!
How long have you been doing this?
Professionally maybe the last 5 years
If you weren`t doing this, what would you be doing?
Working in some shit job like anyone else, 8 or 12 hours a day putting up with my fucking boss, it would be a normal person without a soul, that conforms to what society dictates. This would be a nightmare dude! Cross my fingers!
Who would you like to work with?
Many bands: Iron Maiden, Dream Theater, Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Nightwish, Testament, Cannibal Corpse, Therion, Arch Enemy, Within Temptation, Mariah Carey (you know why!), Tarja Turunen (you know why), Madonna (you know why), Abril Lavigne (you know why), Beyonce (you know why), Jennifer Lopez (you know why), Fergie (you know why), hahahahahaa....
Best artists to work with (tell us the truth and not just the latest promo bs)?Tim Ripper Owens!!!. He is humblest artist I met in my life, a nice person, peaceful and loving family. A true metal worker and awesome singer. Tim fucking rules! In Argentina the best was the shred guitar player: Pablo Soler. An amazing guitarist and a very cool person. We spent unforgettable moments and touring with him.
What are the positive and negative sides about importing musicians into South America?
Usually are coming bands from other countries to South America and this affects a lot. The metalheads from here pay high prices for their tickets and not pay reasonable price for the tickets for the national act. This affects a lot in the undergrounds scene and bands can’t grow if they don´t have money or sponsors to tour or record albums as they are all independent artists. Anyway, the metalhead always dreamed of seeing in live performance their favorite bands so everything is a diatribe.
What do you feel you have missed out on by doing this?
My ex-wife, regular fucking works, time for my son, time for my family and friends. I don´t regret anything because I love a lot what I do and what I always wanted to do!. This is my choice, this is my life!
Best live concert?
Slayer in Argentina (twice)
Best rock`n roll memory?
Go to see the practices of my uncle's band: “Alto Voltaje” when I was 11 years. That was my first approach to the Metal. Always remember that I liked the melodies of the music and the twin guitars but i hated the singer (another of my uncles), hahahaha.
Vice of choice?
Beer, women, Metal, my son, internet, work, tours, travel, cinema, party.
Who do you respect the most?
My son, my family, old people, good people, women and anyone who respect me
What do you appreciate the most in your friends?
Respect, loyalty, brotherhood, understanding, in good times and bad times always! I have only 2 friends I've kept up with the passage of time: Diego Banegas & Mauricio Cárcamo.
What does your friends appreciate the most in you?
I don´t know, is not a question I can answer. Perhaps to be myself and be a cool person!!!
State of the world today?
The world in the last 100 years is a real shit!. We are destroying our world by avarice and greed no matter the future of our children and future generations, it is very regrettable. Money and the capitalism is the worst thing that could have happened. I hate capitalism, i hate imperialism, i hate religion, i hate the management of fear through the news, i hate manipulation, I hate the human being as a creation, i hate your God, I consider myself a misanthropic.
What will we see & hear of Daniel Flores?
I'm a cool motherfucker that knows that life is one. I am a simple person, I hate getting into trouble and respect all the people but also I can be your worst enemy. I am the person you like to drink a beer and talk of music!!!
